Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Campbell & Co. Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Okay but not great
Used Campbell & Co. Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Campbell & Co. Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Campbell & Co. Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Slow and unresponsive
Campbell & Co. Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
