Today needed insurance, closes for employee appreciation day, cant get through to other locations either. Usex caldwell for years, home auto camper and life through a 3rd party. I think its time for a new broker if they arent available.

Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else. Shouldn’t have to re-quote four times. New employees need better support. Manager was useless when I raised my issues forward about the broker I was dealing with. Gladly take my business elsewhere.

The lack of communication of this place is ridiculous. They don’t care about you. Don’t move to Nova Scotia and don’t ever use this place. You had been over charging me by a ridiculous amount of money almost $100. Somewhere else I have gotten way better deal for better coverage. You told me that was the best I could get. Liars you are and it is a theme across NS with many services.
