CAA Store - Sault Ste Marie

Buyer beware!!!!! My car was written off in a 3 vehicle accident. I called CAA and was on the line for 20 minutes when they dropped the call. I didn't have the time to call back for more terrible service. They knew my number, where I was but never called back. Since no one was hurt no police came so I had to get pictures, names, insurance info, witnesses etc etc. When I needed CAA the most, and the only time I needed them, I was ghosted. But they sure took my money in a timely and efficient manner. I called to cancel my membership and received more terrible service. I was left on hold for so long I eventually just hung up. Multiple times. CAA you suck

The lady I was on the phone was arrogant and hung up on me since she was not able to answer my question. Request log 1597 date 13Aug2025 10:35AM. Please have knowledgeable staff in your team. I have been a member for over 10 years now and I have barely used your service.

Great service! They had me walking out with an international drivers permit in 15 minutes.

Called for a tow truck caa won’t call mission motors in Wawa said the tow company had to call if they wanted the work mission motor said they don’t come till caa calls called caa again after they said they dispatched a truck witch was a lie then the lady said we have a high volume of tows and only doing the ones 40 km away I said we’re north our tow truck is sitting don’t buy caa if you live north

Contacted them for assistance with travel plans. Their office is only open until 5PM weekdays, so needed to leave several messages and communicate via email. Initially an agent told me that they would be away for 2 weeks, and would research for me when they returned. I had to follow up. Once I did, the info provided for hotel and flights was the exact same as what we pulled off of the websites ourselves. I was told they do not offer discounts, they only wave service fees for members, if they are RESEARCHING this info for you. I may have misunderstood, but I felt by reaching out to CAA as a member, I would be able to obtain further assistance with further discounts. Not the case.
