CAA Store - Belleville

Attended today for passport photos. The staff were amazing and had us in and out with our pics in less than 5 mins. Great friendly customer service.

Called to add another member to my account as she was travelling to US for a couple of weeks. Service was very quick and I was able to ensure coverage for my daughter as she travelled to NYC and Boston.

A month ago I was told that new equipment was coming in to make baby passport photos easier. At that time I was expected to have brought my own white sheet. I called to follow up as I was able to come this afternoon with my 8 month old and was told they don’t offer them anymore due to “safety concerns” - kids must be able to sit independently. I’m not sure why accommodations can’t be made to follow Canadian regulations (blanket on floor, sheet covering car seat, adult holding baby against screen). If I hadn’t thought to call first this would be a 1-star. Certainly too much hassle for my free photo with my membership. I will not be recommending CAA to other moms for passport photos.

Last time I was there the insurance agent was ignorant rude a real piece of work.. I have had a Premium CAA card & CAA Insurance to my truck for years.. when I got home. He had CAA head office send me an email stating something that had nothing to do with my complaint. I told him I was going to file a complaint on him. He made up a story that was a lie and nothing to do with my complaints on him.. Like I said real piece if work. i got to go in pay my Insurance but I wish he will not be there crazy crazy. Maybe he not there anymore I hope

We had our passport photos done at the store. Quick and very inexpensive.
