Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Burton & Young Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Burton & Young Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Solid broker
Burton & Young Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
