Good value
I appreciate that Burton Risk Management shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Reliable broker
Been with Burton Risk Management for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Slow and unresponsive
Burton Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
