Does the job
Burton & McLean Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Toronto. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Reliable broker

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Burton & McLean Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Burton & McLean Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
