Reliable broker
Been with Burton & MacLeod Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Room for improvement
Burton & MacLeod Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Could be better
The rates Burton & MacLeod Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Amazing customer service
The staff at Burton & MacLeod Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Burton & MacLeod Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Burton & MacLeod Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
