Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Burton & MacDonald Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Burton & MacDonald Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Burton & MacDonald Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Fair pricing

Helpful but slow
The broker at Burton & MacDonald Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
