Recently I was given my 2026 Home Insurance package. I had noticed that my rate had risen a bit more than I was anticipating. I also wanted to change my payment procedures so I called the Campbell and Halliburton office and asked a few questions. I was informed that my file was with Calvin and I was forwarded to him. Calvin informed that I could come down and he would look after me. All Calvin knew was I wanted to change my payment procedures. He told me to bring some documents and he would see me anytime that day, except for a meeting that was already scheduled. An hour later I went down and Calvin had all the materials I needed ready for me. When we were done I asked him why the total price for my package was a bit higher than I expected. Calvin asked if I had a bit more time and asked me into his office. In a few minutes he had clearly showed me the reasons which made sense and I was totally satisfied.
