Excellent service

Solid broker
Burton & Fox Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Burton & Fox Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Burton & Fox Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.
