Could be better
The rates Burton & Burke Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Burton & Burke Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Burton & Burke Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
