Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Burton & Associates Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Amazing customer service

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Burton & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Burton & Associates Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Burton & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
