Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Vaughan, Burns Risk Management made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Ontario clearly.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Burns Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Burns Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Burns Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
