Room for improvement

Good value
I appreciate that Burns & Peters Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Burns & Peters Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Okay but not great
