Could be better
The rates Burns Insurance Ltd. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Burns Insurance Ltd.. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Lost my documents
Burns Insurance Ltd. lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
