Poor communication

My biggest issue with Burns Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great

Helpful but slow

The broker at Burns Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
