Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Burns Insurance Agency last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Burns Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Great for bundling

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Burns Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
