Good value
I appreciate that Burns & Associates Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Burns & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
