Could be better
The rates Burke & Partners Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Lost my documents
Burke & Partners Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Burke & Partners Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Reliable broker

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Burke & Partners Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
