Poor communication
My biggest issue with Burke & McLeod Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Fair pricing

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Burke & McLeod Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Lost my documents
Burke & McLeod Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
