Quick and efficient
Needed auto insurance quickly after buying a new car. Burke & Johnson Insurance had everything set up within a few hours. Great efficiency!

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Burke & Johnson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Burke & Johnson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Burke & Johnson Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Burke & Johnson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
