Five stars all around
Switched to Burke & Hill Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Solid broker
Burke & Hill Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Multi-policy savings

Lost my documents
Burke & Hill Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Burke & Hill Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
