Amazing customer service

Fair pricing
Burke & Co. Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Burke & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Smooth transition

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Burke & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
