Good value
I appreciate that Burke & Barrett Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Burke & Barrett Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Burke & Barrett Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Burke & Barrett Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
