My daughter was buying her first car so we called Allstate for her insurance since we deal with them for our cars and house. We called around 1pm. The first lady we got said we'd have an email with policy details in about an hour. At 4pm, we still hadn't received anything and we were supposed to be at the dealership around 5. We called back and got Jake. He looked into it and found no policy had been started. He took all the details again and in a matter of 20 minutes, my daughter had a new policy and all the documents by email in order for us to make it to the dealership on time. I've never seen a policy put together so fast. I highly recommend Jake. He is very friendly and professional and we thank him for his fast and efficient service. He even called us back to make sure we received his email. Thanks to Jake my daughter is now driving around in her new car!
