Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Brown & Turner Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Family business feel
Brown & Turner Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Okay but not great
Used Brown & Turner Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Brown & Turner Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Room for improvement
Brown & Turner Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
