As a newcomer to Guelph, Brown Insurance Group made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Ontario clearly.

Would not recommend

Had a bad experience with Brown Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Smooth transition

Switching from my old broker to Brown Insurance Group was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Reliable broker

Been with Brown Insurance Group for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Slow and unresponsive

Brown Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow

The broker at Brown Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
