Lost my documents
Brown & Hoffman Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Brown & Hoffman Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Brown & Hoffman Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
