Good broker
Brown & Harris Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Slow and unresponsive
Brown & Harris Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good value
I appreciate that Brown & Harris Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Room for improvement
