Helpful but slow
The broker at Brown & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Family business feel

Okay but not great
Used Brown & Co. Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
