Renewal was painless
Just went through my annual renewal with Brown & Associates Insurance. They proactively reviewed my home insurance and found me a better rate without me even asking.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Brown & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around

Wonderful experience

Room for improvement
