Helpful but slow
The broker at Brooks Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Lost my documents
Brooks Risk Management lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Brooks Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
