Does the job
Brooks & Kelly Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Windsor. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Brooks & Kelly Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Brooks & Kelly Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
