Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Brooks Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Could be better
The rates Brooks Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Brooks Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful staff

Slow and unresponsive
Brooks Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
