Could be better
The rates Brooks Insurance Ltd. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Solid broker
Brooks Insurance Ltd. is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
