Helpful but slow
The broker at Brooks Insurance Ltd. was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Brooks Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

My experience with Brooks Insurance Ltd. was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Could be better
The rates Brooks Insurance Ltd. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
