Does the job

Family business feel

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Brooks & Fleming Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Brooks & Fleming Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
