Renewal was painless
Just went through my annual renewal with Brooks & Carlson Insurance. They proactively reviewed my home insurance and found me a better rate without me even asking.

Room for improvement
Brooks & Carlson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Brooks & Carlson Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Okay but not great
