Does the job
Brookfield Brokerage helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Toronto. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Brookfield Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Brookfield Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Brookfield Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
