Slow and unresponsive
Brookfield Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Brookfield Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Great for home insurance

Good value
I appreciate that Brookfield Brokerage shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Brookfield Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
