Five stars all around
Switched to Brock Insurance Group on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Brock Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Brock Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good value
I appreciate that Brock Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Brock Insurance Group. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
