Okay but not great
Used Brock Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Happy with the savings

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Brock Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
