Brio Insurance

Fantastic service! It was actually a joy to work with the people at brio. I had 2 different people I dealt with and both were exceptional!! Very knowledgeable, wanting to genuinely help and had good personalities to joke around with and have a bit of fun. I highly recommend going to/ switching to them!!

I got suggested to this broker by my friend but what a bad mistake i made. I wanna get a house insurance quote and when I put everything in the lady said we have lots of time, she will get back way before that. Guess what happened, the day when it was over I emailed and said discard the request because it's to late. She never responded just a different person and she just give me a quote what I clearly told not go with that insurance and that was the only quote I got. It was to late anyway but why do they not listen to the customer. I'm not going here again

Out of all the insurance brokers that are around the area brio always goes above and beyond with care. You don't feel rushed they have patience and they explain everything in detail so you know what you are getting. I forget his name but the person with the Legos on his desk he is the absolute best.
