Lost my documents
BrightWater Risk Solutions lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with BrightWater Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Could be better

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about BrightWater Risk Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with BrightWater Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
