Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from BrightStone Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
BrightStone Insurance Solutions lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Couldn't be happier
