Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through BrightStar Risk Solutions. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Okay but not great

Room for improvement
BrightStar Risk Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
