Reliable broker
Been with BrightStar Insurance Solutions for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Fair pricing
BrightStar Insurance Solutions offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Okay but not great
Used BrightStar Insurance Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with BrightStar Insurance Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
