Slow and unresponsive
BrightStar Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job
BrightStar Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Kelowna. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with BrightStar Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Based on reviews I expected more from BrightStar Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
