Lost my documents
BrightStar Brokerage lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with BrightStar Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
